hello, i am new to using cfl lights,and would like to know if the auto flowering strains still work with the seperate blue/red bulb? should they still be changed when swithching to flowering cycle,i am used to using sodium lights,and would like a quick crop,for this time,..any advice is greatly appreciated

blue lights will keep the plants shorter and more compact.
Red tends to strech the plants a lot more.

Don't work autoflowers indoor... better put them outdoors where they can get a lot of light.
Advisable bulbs: T-Neon (secret jardin) With the yellow spectrum lights. Just put the lights on 20/4 , and wait 8-9 weeks.

Be carefull, some 'autoflowering' plants do not posses the gene that makes them autoflower. And you are left with a huge plant in 9 weeks. Chose seeds carefully.

Wich strains of autoflowering would you recommend then?... for outdoor growing, preferably short plants (60-80 cm...).
