Cooking with cannabis is the best way to impress your friends if you want to take your dinner party to the next level. And it is no secret that food and weed go together like babies and boobies. Right?

So if you got tired of eating cannabis infused sweets of pot brownies, it might be good to know that if you know your way around the kitchen a bit, you can practically make anything with cannabis.

For the colder winter times, it might be nice to have a nice warming meal that has a little kick. So how about mixing it up a bit and go all mediterranean with it? Well, we have the perfect recipe for you.

N.B. The following recipe is made with an estimated amount of marijuana. Remember that edibles can hit harder than you expect, so feel free to judge the amounts according to your own experience. It is strongly advised to first learn how to calculate the strength of edibles.

CANNABIS GREEK STEW

Ingredients:

  • 1½ grams of finely ground decarboxylated cannabis mixed in half a cup of flour
  • 1 kilo/2½ lbs. of beef stew
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • ½ cup of beef broth
  • 170 grams/6 oz. tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp. of red wine
  • 3 diced tomatoes
  • 3-4 peeled and diced small white onions
  • 4 freshly minced garlic cloves
  • ½ tbsp. of salt
  • ½ cup of cold water
  • 2 tspn. dried oregano
  • ½ tspn. freshly ground pepper
  • crock-pot or slow cooker

Preparation:

First things first: dice the beef into small cubes of about an inch big, and place them in the pot along with the garlic, onion, and tomatoes.

After you do this, take the beef stock, salt, pepper, oregano, and red wine, place them in a bowl, and mix them all together. This mixture will then be added into the crock-pot where your meat and garnish are and should be cooked on low temperature for at least a couple of hours.

The next step is to take another container and place your cannabis flour and cold water, and mix it until it turns into a batter. After this, add it into the cooking pot along with the chopped bell pepper, and stir.

Then turn the heat up to medium and let it cook for 25 more minutes. It is important not to let the temperatures go too high, as it can affect the potency of the cannabis flour.

After the mixture has thickened to your preference, you can garnish it with some Feta cheese, or if you are up for it, a little more decarboxylated cannabis.

Enjoy!
